Miley Cyrus was born November 23, 1992 as Destiny Hope Cyrus. The proud parents are Tish and country singer Billy Ray Cyrus. Miley's first shot at acting was a guest apperance with her father on the show "Doc". After Doc there was another show when she was 12.
