When I was younger I used to read animal stories, mostly horse or dog stories. I never read mystery stories but for of you who like mystery stories the following web site tells you of how and when the mystery novel came to be. If you like cozy mysteries or police procedural or hard boiled mysteries the web site has something for you. I was surprised to find out that the classic whodunits came as far back as the Bible.
