I haven't very much shopping online but what I have done was fairly easy. I tried to find some specialty light bulbs for my mother here in town. Well, no one had the kind of bulb that I needed for her. One of the stores told me to try a store out of town or try on line for that store. I tried four different sites and then somehow I ended up in a site that I didn't type in. Oh well, I was there at the site where the bulb was. After I typed in all the information that was needed and that I wanted only one bulb for 9.99. Then I find out shipping for anything under 10.00 was 10.00. So I went back in and changed that I wanted  two bulbs. But, it popped up that I wanted three.I kept going back and forth trying to change that and ended up at ten bulbs. Getting very upset by now I shut every thing down (not before writing down the site where I found the bulbs). Then when I started things up again, I  was able to get into the site and get only the two that I wanted to begin with so I could get shipping for free.
