I am not sure about the Oxtail soup. I know what was around the tail end. But, the other ingredients might make the soup taste good. I am sure that this particular soup is one that I will not try any time soon. To me I guess, I was wondering how much meat can be on an ox tail. I am usually up to try about anything but i can't see me trying this one. There are other recipies that I see on the web site that I might like to try.
