What in the world is Chorizo I asked myself. After checking out the website I now know that it is a meat usually made of the fatty pork and the spicier the better. It sounds like the Caribbean people like this kind of meat in just about anything. I like mildly spicy things. I don't know if I would want to try this meat. It sounds like the chorizo would be way to spicy for me. I have been down to the Caribbean but I know that I haven't tried chorizo.
